Speak up!

No matter what your age, you have a voice. Speak up. Use it. If someone is hurting you, speak up. It doesn’t matter if ten people “don’t believe” you. Speak up again. Someone will believe you. If you know it’s true, it matters. You do not need to be hurt or harmed. You’re a person. You count.
